We look forward to welcoming visitors to our Marquee at Crick Boat Show 2026. Visit us to:

  • Chat with our boating team and find out more about boat licensing, waterside moorings, accessible boating and our Better Boating programme.
  • Find out about the free Let’s activities we host where you can have a go at paddleboarding, fishing or kayaking, thanks to funding from players of People’s Postcode Lottery.

  • Discover what lurks beneath in our fish tank and talk to our angling team about the different kinds of fish that live in our canals and rivers
  • Learn how water moves around our canal network with our water management team.

  • Pick up a leaflet about places to visit along our amazing canals.
  • Talk to our volunteers about the many ways you can help care for these special places – from litter picking to lock gate painting.
  • Enter our ‘Dog of the Day’ and ‘Dog of the Show’ photo competition.
  • Have a go at the traditional Roses & Castles canal art and learn about canal heritage.

  • Meet some of the Waterways Chaplains to talk about the support they offer.

And, following extensive restoration work, the Canal Museum at Stoke Bruerne’s historic working boat Sculptor will be moored in the Marina for visitors to see along with other historic working canal boats.
