For 2026 all Advance Tickets are Collect at Show

If you have booked online, you will receive an email as well as your Order Acknowledgement with PDF eTickets that you will need to exchange for wristbands when you arrive at the Show. If you do not receive an email, please contact us on 01283 742970 (Monday 18 to Wednesday 20 May between 9am to 3pm) or email marketing@wwonline.co.uk so that we can check your order has been received. From Thursday 21 to Monday 26 May our regular office is closed as we are on site at the Show.

If you have ordered but not received an email confirmation, please do still come to the Show we are able to check and verify all advance ticket purchases at the Show Ticket Collection point.

If have ordered by telephone, your wristbands and passes will be ready to collect at the Show. You will not receive an order acknowledgment email.

Ticket Collection will be near the main entrance to the Show and open from 8.30am each day (Friday-Monday). Please collect tickets on the day you are booked for. The Show opens at 10:00am each day.

If your order includes CAMPING, your collection point for camping passess and wristbands is the Campsite Office.

If your order includes MOORING, your collection point for mooring passes and wristbands is the Mooring Managers boat nearest to the temporary footbridge entrance into the Show site.

Please note that all tickets are firm sale.

Your wristband will let you to come and go from the Show site – so you can return purchases to your car before returning to enjoy the full evening of live music at the Crick Music Festival in the Crick Tavern marquee - or even take a walk outside the Show along the canal towpath to admire the visitor boats moored there.
